As our season is nearing the end, we take a look into the events that happened this summer. Back in February which would have been the midst of our booking season, instead we were getting in touch with all our clients and discussing the date changes and postponements of their holidays to 2021. Whenever we could, we ensured our clients did not suffer any consequences related to Corona. We fought tooth and nail with the boat owners over the refunds and date changes. Some owners were reasonable and they understood the gravity of the situation, whilst some less flexible owners insisted on keeping the clients' deposit arguing they have (NOT) already incurred the cost for the boat and such they were not in the position of refunding the clients. Corona has demonstrated quite clearly who were capable and experienced owners and who were not. Sail Dalmatia have always been all about our clients, this is the reason why during Corona our loyal clients still travelled with us. Our transparency, honesty and willingness to fully protect our clients and their funds have resulted in an opportunity to serve our clients during the times when most of the charter companies struggled to attract clients. For this, we are very grateful to our clients who put their trust in us and supported us during these challenging times. It is hard to predict what 2021 will bring to us, but we remain positive that we will still have an opportunity to serve our clients for many years in future.
