The food production in Croatia still remains very much a family business and organic in practice. The Gastronomic Escape will take you into the heart of the Croatian diet where you will be able to sample the best local dishes including locally produced low- fat meat and seafood, organically grown vegetables as well as locally produced wine, much of which is also organic. There is also a lecturer/chef onboard who will talk you through the food preparation and tell you about nutritional values of the ingredient he uses and which part of Croatia they come from.
