Our story

Sail Dalmatia was founded in 2008 by Dora Vulic, a London-based Croat who grew up among the sailing community in Split. Having attended the University of Westminster, where she received an MA in Tourism Management, Dora worked across a wide number of luxury travel companies. Her passion for yachts ultimately led her from switching from a highly successful career to establishing her own yacht charter company. Dora is a qualified Day Skipper and is working towards obtaining a Coastal Skipper qualification.

Recognizing that Croatia and Montenegro are still on a learning curve when comes to high standards of service, she built up an extensive list of contacts in both countries with expertise in tailor made luxury travel to deliver high quality sailing holidays.

To assist her in furthering her ambitions for Sail Dalmatia, Dora has built up a team of professionals in London and Split, she considers to be the most knowledgeable and experienced about Croatia and Montenegro.
